The terrace is a great place to relax, meet and even work on-line. However, for the terrace to be cozy and comfortable, you need to pay attention to the materials of the terrace. Terrace decks can be selected in a variety of ways: wood, stone tiles, terracotta tiles, wpc boards, etc. If wooden boards are used, then the annual additional work and expenses must be taken into account to maintain the terrace in proper order and appearance. Currently, one of the most popular materials on the market is wood polymer composite material (wpc), which completely solves all types of terrace board care problems. WPC is a mixture of wood and plastic made from tufted powder mixed with plastic and other additives. We offer WPC products made of 65% wood powder, 30% high density plastic and 5% various additives.

Advantages of WPC boards

No annual maintenance (painting, lubrication, etc.) is required, except that it must be cleaned regularly. The terrace can be cleaned with the same cleaning agents used to clean floors, wooden boards and other surfaces. WPC plank floors can be cleaned with a high-pressure water cleaner (eg Karcher). We can produce WPC boards according to your individual plan up to 12 m in length, this is an advantage that allows you to install a jointless terrace. Such boards are very easy to assemble.

WPC board installation

WPC boards are very easy to install. Anyone with a basic set of tools can mount their patio. First, you need to decide which platform to prepare for the patio frame. These can be concrete poles, screw piles or simply prepared – a layer of sand (bottom) on which the adjustable feet will be placed.

Do not forget to build the frame structure with a slope in time, which will ensure drainage.

Terrace boards are placed opposite the direction of the beams, the distance between the beams is 35-40 cm. We use plastic clips for board assembly. We use WPC trim strips to hide the ends of the terrace.
